🍽️ Fresh Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 shallot
- 40 g freshly chopped herbs (e.g. rosemary, mint, Thai basil)
- 2 mild red chili peppers
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp hot mustard
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and the shallot.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic and the shallot.
- 3. Place the chopped ingredients together with the herbs in a small bowl.
- 4. Wash the chili peppers thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the chili peppers in half lengthwise.
- 6. Remove the seeds and the white pith from the chili peppers.
- 7. Finely chop the prepared chili peppers.
- 8. Add the olive oil, mustard, chopped chili peppers, and balsamic vinegar to the herb mixture.
- 9. Stir all ingredients well together until a homogeneous sauce forms.
