  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
  3. 3. Wash the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and chop it finely.
  4. 4. Clean the porcini mushrooms and slice them.
  5. 5. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  6. 6. Sauté the onions and chili in the hot oil.
  7. 7. Add the mushroom slices.
  8. 8. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. 9. Deglaze the mixture with white wine.
  10. 10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Remove the pan from the heat and set it aside.
  12. 12. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  13. 13. Heat the remaining oil in a large pan.
  14. 14. Sauté the garlic briefly in the oil.
