🍝 Spaghetti with Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 8 fresh red chili peppers (seeded and sliced into strips)
- 2 spring onions (cleaned and sliced into strips)
- 150 ml olive oil
- 0.5 bunch mixed herbs (to taste), chopped
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente (firm to the bite). Then drain the pasta.
- 2. Sauté the garlic, spring onions, and pepper strips briefly in the hot olive oil. Mix the fried ingredients with the spaghetti, gently fold in the herbs, and season everything with salt and pepper.
