🍽️ Herb Spätzle

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 0.5 bunch basil
- 1 tbsp parmesan (freshly grated)
- 1 tbsp pine nuts (ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Place the wheat flour, eggs, one teaspoon of salt, the finely chopped basil, the parmesan, and the pine nuts in a large bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients vigorously with a cooking spoon.
- 3. Pour in about 100 milliliters of water and beat the dough until it is thick and smooth.
- 4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- 5. Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add some salt.
- 6. Shave the dough with a spätzle shaver or from a damp board directly into the boiling water.
- 7. Let the spätzle come to a boil briefly.
- 8. Stir them and let them simmer briefly.
- 9. Lift the finished spätzle out of the water with a slotted spoon.
- 10. Distribute the spätzle onto plates.
- 11. Drizzle them with a little olive oil and serve immediately.
