🍳 Fresh Herb and Ham Dip

Ingredients
- 40 g arugula (0.5 bunch)
- 2 stalks basil
- 1 stalk lemon balm
- 0.5 lemon
- 100 g turkey salmon ham
- 200 g cream cheese (13 % fat)
- salt
- white pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the arugula in a salad spinner.
- 3. Remove the tough stems from the arugula.
- 4. Chop the arugula leaves very finely.
- 5. Wash the basil and lemon balm.
- 6. Shake the herbs dry.
- 7. Pluck the small leaves off the stems.
- 8. Set aside a few nice leaves for decoration on a small plate.
- 9. Chop the rest of the herbs very finely as well.
- 10. Squeeze the half lemon to get the juice.
- 11. Remove the visible fat from the ham.
- 12. Cut the ham into very thin strips.
- 13. Put the arugula, chopped herbs, and cream cheese into a bowl.
- 14. Stir the ingredients until smooth to form a creamy mixture.
- 15. Set aside some of the fine ham strips for later.
- 16. Stir the remaining ham into the cream.
- 17. Add the lemon juice.
- 18. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 19. Garnish the cream with the saved herb leaves.
- 20. Serve the dip immediately.
