Ingredients
- 100 g whipping cream
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp finely chopped tarragon leaves
- 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
Instructions
- 1. Whisk salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper, and mustard together in a bowl. Slowly beat in the oil with a whisk until well combined. Stir in the cream, season the sauce to taste, and gently fold in the chopped herbs.
