Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Dill (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Chives
- 2 tbsp Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs and cream together vigorously in a bowl.
- 2. Season the egg mixture with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and a small amount of ground nutmeg.
- 3. Stir cream cheese, fresh herbs, and grated cheese in a separate bowl until smooth.
- 4. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the cream cheese mixture with salt and pepper.
- 5. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 6. Pour half of the egg mixture into the hot pan and cook a flat omelet.
- 7. Carefully remove the finished omelet from the pan and place it on a plate.
- 8. Cook the remaining egg mixture in the same way to make a second omelet.
- 9. Spread the herb cream cheese mixture evenly over both omelets.
- 10. Cut each omelet diagonally into narrow strips.
- 11. Roll the strips tightly into small rolls.
- 12. Serve the rolls immediately while warm.
