  3. 3. Stir cream cheese, fresh herbs, and grated cheese in a separate bowl until smooth.
  4. 4. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the cream cheese mixture with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. 6. Pour half of the egg mixture into the hot pan and cook a flat omelet.
  7. 7. Carefully remove the finished omelet from the pan and place it on a plate.
  8. 8. Cook the remaining egg mixture in the same way to make a second omelet.
  9. 9. Spread the herb cream cheese mixture evenly over both omelets.
  10. 10. Cut each omelet diagonally into narrow strips.
