Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp mineral water
- 2 tbsp kefir (or buttermilk)
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (dill, chives, parsley...)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs thoroughly with a pinch of salt, some pepper, mineral water, and kefir. Fold in the finely chopped dill and chives. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Pour in the egg mixture and let it set (become firm) over low heat.
- 2. Fold the omelette in half, divide it into two portions, plate it, and serve immediately.
