🍽️ Fresh Herb Milk Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 handfuls mixed herbs approx. 80 g (e.g. mint, basil, parsley, cilantro)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 400 ml milk (well chilled)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fresh herbs under running water, shake them dry, and blend them together with the lemon juice and, if necessary, 1 to 2 tablespoons of cold water until smooth.
- 2. Mix the extracted herb juice with the milk, pour the mixture into glasses, and serve with drinking straws.
