  2. 2. Place paper liners into the cups of a muffin tin.
  3. 3. Drain the tomatoes well.
  4. 4. Chop the tomatoes finely.
  5. 5. Mix the flour with the salt.
  6. 6. Add the thyme to the flour mixture.
  7. 7. Add the baking powder to the flour mixture.
  8. 8. Add 100 grams of cheese to the flour mixture.
  9. 9. Coarsely puree the oil with the pine nuts.
  10. 10. Stir the buttermilk into the oil and pine nut mixture.
  11. 11. Stir the egg into the oil and pine nut mixture.
  12. 12. Stir the flour mixture into the liquid mixture.
  13. 13. Stir the chopped tomatoes into the batter.
  14. 14. Fill the batter into the liners.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the muffins with the remaining cheese.
  16. 16. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
