  1. 1. Put all marinade ingredients except the fish and one tablespoon of olive oil into a blender.
  2. 2. Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth.
  3. 3. Lightly grease a baking dish with some oil.
  4. 4. Place the fish fillet into the dish.
  5. 5. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of the fish.
  6. 6. Let the fish marinate for one hour.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
  8. 8. Place the dish in the center of the oven.
  9. 9. Bake the fish for 6 to 10 minutes.
  10. 10. Serve the finished dish garnished with fresh dill.
  11. 11. Whisk mustard, vinegar, and olive oil in a small bowl.
  12. 12. Add the salad ingredients.
  13. 13. Mix everything well together.
