Ingredients
- 80 g cottage cheese
- basil (1 tbsp each; finely chopped)
- cilantro (1 tbsp each; finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp chives
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl.
- 2. Add the fresh herbs.
- 3. Add the lemon juice.
- 4. Stir everything well with a spoon.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt.
- 6. Season the mixture with black pepper.
- 7. Serve the herb cottage cheese with rice cakes.
