🍽️ Grilled Chicken Drumsticks with Herbs and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 800 g firm, young potatoes
- salt
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 2 sprigs basil
- 5 chives
- 100 ml olive oil
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken drumsticks thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water for 25 minutes until tender.
- 3. Wash the fresh herbs, shake off excess water, and chop them coarsely.
- 4. Mix the chopped herbs with oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- 5. Preheat your grill to the desired temperature.
- 6. Season the chicken drumsticks with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 7. Place the chicken drumsticks on the grill grate.
- 8. Grill the chicken drumsticks for about 15 minutes, turning them occasionally and brushing them with the herb marinade.
- 9. Drain the boiled potatoes and let them steam dry for a moment.
- 10. Cut the potatoes in half.
- 11. Arrange the chicken drumsticks and potatoes together in a serving dish.
- 12. Drizzle the dish with the remaining herb marinade.
- 13. Optionally wrap the bone ends of the chicken drumsticks in parchment paper for easier handling while eating.
- 14. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
