  2. 2. Grate the potatoes into thin slices or cut them thinly.
  3. 3. Place the potato slices in a bowl.
  4. 4. Wash the celery and clean it.
  5. 5. Slice the celery into very thin pieces.
  6. 6. Add the celery slices to the potatoes.
  7. 7. Mix the vegetables well.
  8. 8. Transfer the vegetables into a baking dish.
  9. 9. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Whisk the sour cream with the broth in a separate bowl.
  11. 11. Season the liquid with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Pour the liquid over the vegetables in the baking dish.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (160 degrees for fan-assisted or gas mark 2-3).
  14. 14. Place the baking dish on the oven rack.
  15. 15. Bake the gratin for about 25 minutes.
  16. 16. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
  17. 17. Dry the lemon with a cloth.
  18. 18. Grate the lemon zest finely.

  34. 34. Spread the herb-lemon mixture over the fillets.
  35. 35. Top the fillets with the tomato slices.
  36. 36. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  37. 37. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top.
  38. 38. Return the baking dish to the oven.
  39. 39. Bake the dish for another 10 to 15 minutes.
  40. 40. Serve the dish with the lemon juice, if desired.
