🍽️ Herb Ice Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp chopped herbs (to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- sugar
- 150 g whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Peel the eggs. Mash the egg yolks and the peeled garlic clove into a fine paste.
- 2. Stir in 6 tablespoons of oil and the chopped herbs. Season the sauce to taste with lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 3. Finally, gently fold in the chopped egg whites and sour cream into the sauce.
