🍽️ Oven Dorade with Herbs and Lemon

Ingredients
- 1600 g Dorade (kitchen-ready, 4 Dorade)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 2 Organic Lemons
- 4 Sprigs Rosemary
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the dorade fish under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fish dry inside and out with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the fish generously with salt and pepper.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 5. Finely chop the garlic.
- 6. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 7. Dry the lemon.
- 8. Squeeze out one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 9. Slice the rest of the lemon into thin rounds.
- 10. Wash the rosemary.
- 11. Shake the rosemary dry.
- 12. Strip the needles off the rosemary sprig.
- 13. Mix the oil with the lemon juice.
- 14. Stir the chopped garlic into the oil mixture.
- 15. Fold in the rosemary needles.
- 16. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 17. Place the seasoned fish on the tray.
- 18. Drizzle the marinade over the fish.
- 19. Place the lemon slices on top of the fish.
- 20. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 21. Bake the fish at 200 degrees conventional heat.
- 22. Alternatively use 180 degrees fan-forced heat.
- 23. Alternatively use gas level 3.
- 24. Roast the fish for 40 to 45 minutes.
- 25. Remove the fish from the oven.
- 26. Serve the fish immediately.
