Ingredients
- 200 g Skyr
- 200 g Yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp cress
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic.
- 3. Add a pinch of salt to the chopped garlic.
- 4. Mash the garlic with the salt into a fine paste.
- 5. Add the quark and yogurt to the garlic paste.
- 6. Add the fresh herbs.
- 7. Stir everything until smooth and creamy.
- 8. Season the dip to taste with salt.
