Ingredients
- 100 g soft butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp herbs
- 1 pinch lemon zest
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 1 baguette
Instructions
- 1. Beat soft butter until creamy. Peel garlic and press it finely into the butter using a garlic press. Add fresh herbs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper, then mix everything thoroughly.
- 2. Slice the white bread into thick pieces. Spread the herb butter evenly over each slice.
- 3. Place the topped slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Broil them in the preheated oven for a short time until golden brown and crispy.
