Ingredients
- 500 g shrimp
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the dill under cold water.
- 2. Finely chop the dill.
- 3. Drizzle the lemon juice over the crab meat.
- 4. Place the mayonnaise in a bowl.
- 5. Add the sour cream.
- 6. Add the sugar.
- 7. Stir in the mustard.
- 8. Add the finely chopped dill to the sauce.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt.
- 10. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 11. Mix everything well until the sauce is smooth.
- 12. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 13. Gently fold the crab meat into the sauce.
- 14. Plate the salad.
