Ingredients
- 300 g cooked crayfish tail (peeled)
- 300 g shrimp
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- cress (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the crawfish tails and the shrimp under running water.
- 2. Let the seafood drain completely.
- 3. Whisk the lemon juice with the oil in a small bowl.
- 4. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Pour the marinade over the crawfish tails and the shrimp.
- 6. Let the seafood marinate for about 30 minutes.
- 7. Get empty and clean eggshells ready.
- 8. Fill the marinated crawfish tails and shrimp into the eggshells.
- 9. Garnish the dish with fresh cress.
- 10. Serve the marinated seafood directly in the eggshells.
