🍽️ Fresh Crab Salad with Sheep's Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 250 g Shrimp meat
- 100 g Feta cheese
- 4 leaves Head lettuce
- 4 Heart leaves Head lettuce
- 1 bunch Dill
- 1 Garlic clove (very finely chopped)
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 6 tbsp Crème fraîche
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Cognac
- Cayenne pepper
- 4 tbsp Whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Wash the dill and pat it dry thoroughly.
- 2. Set aside three small dill sprigs for decoration.
- 3. Finely chop the remaining dill.
- 4. Place the mayonnaise in a small bowl.
- 5. Add the creme fraiche to the mayonnaise.
- 6. Add the cognac to the bowl.
- 7. Stir the mayonnaise, creme fraiche, and cognac vigorously until combined.
- 8. Squeeze some lemon juice into the sauce.
- 9. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt.
- 10. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- 11. Stir everything well until the sauce is smooth.
- 12. Cut the sheep's cheese into small cubes.
- 13. Wash the lettuce leaves under cold water.
- 14. Dry the lettuce leaves with a kitchen towel or a salad spinner.
- 15. Cut the dry lettuce leaves into thin strips.
- 16. Take four serving glasses.
- 17. Distribute half of the cut lettuce strips to the bottom of the glasses.
- 18. Add half of the crab meat pieces onto the lettuce.
- 19. Sprinkle half of the sheep's cheese cubes over the crab meat.
- 20. Add the remaining crab meat (except for a few pieces for later) on top.
- 21. Place the remaining lettuce strips on top.
- 22. Pour the prepared cocktail sauce over the salad.
- 23. Decorate each cocktail with the reserved crab pieces.
- 24. Place the dill sprigs as the final touch on the cocktails.
- 25. Serve the dishes immediately.
