🍽️ Crab Sandwiches Wrapped in Salmon

Ingredients
- 200 g Smoked salmon (8 slices)
- 100 g Snow crab (in brine)
- 50 g Cocktail tomatoes (yellow)
- 1 tbsp Chive rings
- 100 g Cream cheese (double cream stage)
- 4 slices Toast bread
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 small Shrimp (ready to eat)
- Chives (for garnish)
- Mint (for garnish)
- 2 yellow Cocktail tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Keta caviar
- 0.5 Onion (in strips)
Instructions
- 1. Place the crab meat in a sieve and let it drain well.
- 2. Then roughly chop the crab meat.
- 3. Dice the cherry tomatoes into small cubes.
- 4. Mix the cream cheese with the diced tomatoes and the crab meat.
- 5. Finally season the filling with salt and pepper.
- 6. Spread the crab mixture evenly onto two toast slices.
- 7. Cover the topped toast slices with the remaining toast slices.
- 8. Cut the sandwiches into four equal pieces.
- 9. Wrap each individual piece tightly in a slice of salmon.
- 10. Garnish the sandwiches with prawns, tomatoes, and herbs.
- 11. Place the finished sandwiches on strips of raw onion.
- 12. Serve the sandwiches immediately.
