- 500 g North Sea shrimp
- Nutmeg
- Cayenne pepper
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 250 g Butter
Instructions
- 1. Place the crab meat into a bowl.
- 2. Season the crab meat with a pinch of nutmeg, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
- 3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- 4. Pour the melted butter evenly over the seasoned crab meat.
- 5. Mix the butter and crab meat thoroughly until everything is well combined.
- 6. Fill the mixture into small ramekins (small baking dishes).
- 7. Allow the spread to cool in the ramekins before serving.
