  1. 1. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  2. 2. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
  3. 3. Mix the chopped onion and garlic with the spices and tomato paste.
  4. 4. Stir the yoghurt into the spice mixture.
  5. 5. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  6. 6. Place the chops in the prepared dish.
  7. 7. Pour the Tandoori sauce evenly over the chops.
  8. 8. Cover the dish.
  9. 9. Marinate the chops in the refrigerator for approx. 3 hours.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  11. 11. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven.
  12. 12. Bake the chops for approx. 40 minutes.
  13. 13. Turn the chops once halfway through the baking time.
  14. 14. Cover the chops with the sauce repeatedly while baking.
  15. 15. Serve the finished chops immediately.
  16. 16. Garnish the dish with sautéed pepper rings and herb rice.
