🍽️ Pork chops in creamy sauce

Ingredients
- 4 pork cutlets
- 2 shallots
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 ml white wine
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 200 ml meat broth
- 1 tbsp coarse mustard (Dijon)
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallots and the garlic clove.
- 2. Chop both ingredients finely.
- 3. Wash the pork chops.
- 4. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- 6. Heat oil in a pan.
- 7. Fry the meat in the hot oil on both sides briefly.
- 8. Fry the meat until it is brown.
- 9. Remove the meat from the pan.
- 10. Sauté the shallots and garlic in the remaining fat.
- 11. Deglaze with white wine.
- 12. Let the liquid reduce.
- 13. Add the cream.
- 14. Boil the sauce.
- 15. Boil the sauce until it has reduced by half.
- 16. Add the meat broth.
- 17. Puree the sauce briefly with a hand blender if desired.
- 18. Place the meat back into the sauce.
- 19. Cover the pan.
- 20. Let the dish finish cooking over low heat.
- 21. Cook the dish for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- 22. Add the parsley.
- 23. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 24. Serve the dish.
