  1. 1. Rinse the pork chops under cold water and pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic clove and cut it in half.
  3. 3. Mix the garlic in a bowl with chili flakes, curry powder, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and about 5 tablespoons of oil.
  4. 4. Place the pork chops in the marinade, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. 5. Rinse the fresh cilantro and shake off the excess water.
  6. 6. Pick the cilantro leaves off the stems.
  7. 7. Peel the onion and dice it into fine cubes.
  8. 8. Rinse the chili, remove the seeds, and chop it finely.
  9. 9. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  10. 10. Drain the corn from the can.
  11. 11. Combine the corn in a bowl with the tomatoes, onion, chili, and cilantro leaves.
  12. 12. Add oil and vinegar to the salsa and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
  13. 13. Preheat the grill.
  14. 14. Remove the pork chops from the marinade.
  15. 15. Fry the pork chops in a grill pan for about 4 minutes on each side.
  16. 16. Add a little extra oil if the pan looks too dry.
  17. 17. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
  18. 18. Serve the pork chops together with the corn salsa.
