  5. 5. Cut the apple into four quarters.
  6. 6. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
  7. 7. Cut the cored apple pieces into thin slices.
  8. 8. Salt the pork chops.
  9. 9. Pepper the pork chops.
  10. 10. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  11. 11. Fry the pork chops in the hot oil for a short time on both sides until well browned.
  12. 12. Add the leek rings and apple slices to the pan.
  13. 13. Season everything with salt.
