🍽️ Pork chops with spicy ginger-apple sauce

Ingredients
- 4 thick pork chops
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 200 ml apple juice
- 1 piece ginger (4-5 cm, finely chopped)
- salt
- chili powder
Instructions
- 1. Melt ghee in a large frying pan.
- 2. Fry the pork chops for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 3. Remove the chops from the pan and keep them warm for a moment.
- 4. Deglaze the pan with apple juice, scraping up the browned bits.
- 5. Add the ginger and bring the mixture to a brief boil.
- 6. Reduce the heat and simmer the sauce until it has reduced by half.
- 7. Season the sauce with salt and chili.
- 8. Arrange the chops on a serving plate.
- 9. Drizzle the sauce over the chops and serve.
