🍽️ Pork chops with sautéed apples and grapes

Ingredients
- 2 chops
- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g blue grapes
- 1 onion
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 3 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the apples into four equal quarters.
- 3. Remove the core from each apple quarter.
- 4. Cut the apple quarters into thin slices.
- 5. Drizzle the apple slices with lemon juice immediately to prevent browning.
- 6. Wash the grapes under running water.
- 7. Peel the onion.
- 8. Cut the peeled onion into thin rings.
- 9. Season the pork chops evenly with salt and pepper.
- 10. Heat one tablespoon of butter in a large pan.
- 11. Fry the pork chops in the hot butter for about three minutes on one side.
- 12. Fry the pork chops for another three minutes on the other side.
- 13. Remove the cooked pork chops from the pan.
- 14. Wrap the pork chops in aluminum foil.
- 15. Keep the wrapped pork chops warm.
- 16. Add the remaining butter to the same pan.
- 17. Add the onion slices to the pan.
- 18. Sauté the onions until they are soft and translucent.
- 19. Add the prepared apple slices to the onion.
- 20. Add the washed grapes to the pan.
- 21. Simmer the fruit and onions over medium heat for four to five minutes.
- 22. Remove the pork chops from the aluminum foil.
- 23. Place the pork chops back into the pan with the warm fruit.
- 24. Plate the pork chops and serve with the sautéed fruit.
