  1. 1. Wash the apples thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the apples into four equal quarters.
  3. 3. Remove the core from each apple quarter.
  4. 4. Cut the apple quarters into thin slices.
  5. 5. Drizzle the apple slices with lemon juice immediately to prevent browning.
  6. 6. Wash the grapes under running water.
  7. 7. Peel the onion.
  8. 8. Cut the peeled onion into thin rings.
  9. 9. Season the pork chops evenly with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Heat one tablespoon of butter in a large pan.
  11. 11. Fry the pork chops in the hot butter for about three minutes on one side.
  12. 12. Fry the pork chops for another three minutes on the other side.
  13. 13. Remove the cooked pork chops from the pan.
  14. 14. Wrap the pork chops in aluminum foil.
  15. 15. Keep the wrapped pork chops warm.
  16. 16. Add the remaining butter to the same pan.
  17. 17. Add the onion slices to the pan.
  18. 18. Sauté the onions until they are soft and translucent.
  19. 19. Add the prepared apple slices to the onion.
  20. 20. Add the washed grapes to the pan.
  21. 21. Simmer the fruit and onions over medium heat for four to five minutes.
  22. 22. Remove the pork chops from the aluminum foil.
  23. 23. Place the pork chops back into the pan with the warm fruit.
  24. 24. Plate the pork chops and serve with the sautéed fruit.
