🍽️ Lemon Koteletts with Grilled Pepper

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 4 small, green pointed peppers
- 3 unwaxed lemons
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- capers (for garnish)
- chive rolls (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Wash the pork chops and pat them dry as well.
- 3. Heat a heavy pan or a grill pan without adding any fat.
- 4. Fry the pork chops for about 4 minutes on each side.
- 5. Turn the pork chops frequently so they do not just brown on one side.
- 6. Remove the cooked pork chops from the pan and set them aside.
- 7. Put the prepared peppers into the still hot pan.
- 8. Wash the lemons and slice them into thin rounds.
- 9. Place the lemon slices together with the peppers in the pan.
- 10. Roast the peppers and the lemon slices on both sides.
- 11. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
- 12. Drizzle each pork chop with a little olive oil.
- 13. Place the pork chops on top of the roasted peppers.
- 14. Garnish the dish with the roasted lemon slices.
- 15. Sprinkle capers and fine chive rings over the top.
- 16. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
- 17. Serve a mixed salad as a side dish.
