  1. 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Wash the pork chops and pat them dry as well.
  3. 3. Heat a heavy pan or a grill pan without adding any fat.
  4. 4. Fry the pork chops for about 4 minutes on each side.
  5. 5. Turn the pork chops frequently so they do not just brown on one side.
  6. 6. Remove the cooked pork chops from the pan and set them aside.
  7. 7. Put the prepared peppers into the still hot pan.
  8. 8. Wash the lemons and slice them into thin rounds.
  9. 9. Place the lemon slices together with the peppers in the pan.
  10. 10. Roast the peppers and the lemon slices on both sides.
  11. 11. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
  12. 12. Drizzle each pork chop with a little olive oil.
  13. 13. Place the pork chops on top of the roasted peppers.
  14. 14. Garnish the dish with the roasted lemon slices.
  15. 15. Sprinkle capers and fine chive rings over the top.
  16. 16. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
  17. 17. Serve a mixed salad as a side dish.
