🍽️ Pork chops in creamy mustard sauce

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (approx. 200 g each)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml meat broth (instant)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp anchovy paste
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp small capers
- 12 olives (stuffed with paprika)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions and the garlic clove.
- 2. Chop the onions and garlic into very fine cubes.
- 3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- 4. Heat butter in a large pan.
- 5. Fry the pork chops in the hot butter for about 3 minutes on each side.
- 6. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm.
- 7. Sweat the chopped onions and garlic in the remaining fat.
- 8. Add the meat broth to the pan.
- 9. Add oregano, lemon juice, anchovy paste, mustard, and capers.
- 10. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 11. Stir the crème fraîche into the sauce.
- 12. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 13. Slice the olives into rings.
- 14. Pre-warm the serving plates.
- 15. Place the pork chops on the pre-warmed plates.
- 16. Pour the mustard sauce over the pork chops.
- 17. Sprinkle the dish with the olive slices.
- 18. Serve the pork chops with a wild rice mix and spring onions.
