🍽️ Grilled chop with colorful vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 300 g broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt to the water. Put the broccoli into the boiling water. Cook the broccoli for 4 minutes. Remove the broccoli from the pot. Rinse the broccoli under cold water. Let the broccoli drain well.
- 2. Wash the pepper. Cut the pepper in half. Remove the seeds and the white inner walls of the pepper. Cut the pepper into thin strips.
- 3. Season the chops with salt and pepper. Spread the chops thinly with mustard. Heat clarified butter in a pan. Fry the chops in the hot clarified butter. Fry the chops for about 5 minutes on each side.
- 4. Melt butter in a separate pan. Put the pepper strips into the pan. Sauté the pepper strips over medium heat. Sauté the pepper strips for about 6 minutes. Season the pepper strips with salt and pepper.
- 5. Put the drained broccoli into the pan with the remaining butter. Toss the broccoli briefly to warm it up.
- 6. Place the chops on the plates. Place the vegetables next to the chops. Serve the dish. Fried potatoes go well with this.
