Ingredients
- 4 Kornspitz or whole wheat rolls
- 4 figs
- 4 leaves Lollo Rosso
- 4 thin slice Gorgonzola
- Butter (to spread)
- 20 g almond flakes
Instructions
- 1. Carefully slice the Kornspitz buns in half.
- 2. Spread the butter evenly over the cut surfaces of the buns.
- 3. Wash the figs and slice them into thin pieces.
- 4. Distribute the fig slices, crumbled Gorgonzola, and the leaves of the Lollo Rosso lettuce over the four bun halves.
- 5. Generously sprinkle the sliced almonds over the filled buns.
- 6. Fold the sandwiches together so the filling stays inside.
