Ingredients
- 2 kg cornelian cherry
- 1 l water
- 1 kg jam sugar (to 1 liter fruit juice)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the cornelian cherries under running water.
- 2. Place the fruits in a pot and cover them with water.
- 3. Boil the cornelian cherries until they are soft.
- 4. Press the hot fruits through a fine mesh sieve to separate the juice and pulp.
- 5. Mix the extracted juice with the pectin sugar.
- 6. Bring the mixture back to a boil.
- 7. Let the jelly boil vigorously for 4 minutes.
