🍽️ Indian-style Coriander Sea Bream

Ingredients
- 1.2 kg large sea bream (1 large sea bream)
- 2 organic limes
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 small onion (finely diced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- salt
- pepper (crushed)
- 2 bunches coriander
- 1 green chili pepper
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Make three to four diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish using a sharp knife.
- 4. Finely grate the zest from one lime and one lemon.
- 5. Squeeze the juice from all the citrus fruits used.
- 6. Mix the juice with the citrus zest in a small bowl.
- 7. Place two tablespoons of the juice mixture, salt, and pepper into the cuts and on the surface of the fish.
- 8. Wash the fresh coriander under running water.
- 9. Shake the coriander dry.
- 10. Set aside some nice coriander leaves for later decoration.
- 11. Place the remaining coriander, the chili pepper, the remaining lemon juice, and the oil into a blender.
- 12. Blend the ingredients in the mixer until you have a fine paste.
- 13. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic to the herb mixture.
- 14. Spread the herb paste evenly over the inside and outside of the fish.
- 15. Season the fish lightly with black pepper again.
- 16. Place the marinated fish in the refrigerator.
- 17. Let the fish marinate for two hours.
- 18. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 19. Place the fish in a suitable baking dish.
- 20. Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 21. Remove the fish from the oven and place it on a serving plate.
- 22. Garnish the fish with the reserved coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
- 23. Serve the fish with rice or potatoes as a side dish.
