  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the chili peppers under running water.
  2. 2. Remove the stems and the inside of the chili peppers.
  3. 3. Finely chop the deseeded chili peppers.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic cloves of their skin.
  5. 5. Finely chop the garlic as well.
  6. 6. Place the chopped chili and garlic into a pot.
  7. 7. Pour the vinegar into the pot.
  8. 8. Add the honey.
  9. 9. Pour about 200 milliliters of water into the mixture.
  10. 10. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
  11. 11. Reduce the heat to a low setting.
  12. 12. Let the sauce simmer on low heat.
  13. 13. Stir the sauce occasionally.
  14. 14. Let the sauce reduce for about 40 minutes.
  15. 15. The sauce is ready when it has become thick.
  16. 16. Squeeze lemon juice into the finished sauce.
  17. 17. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the sauce with the lemon juice.
  18. 18. Wash the fresh coriander under cold water.
  19. 19. Shake the coriander dry to remove excess water.
  20. 20. Pluck the small coriander leaves from the stems.
  21. 21. Finely chop the coriander leaves.
  22. 22. Fold the chopped coriander leaves into the sauce.
  23. 23. Place the sauce into small bowls.
  24. 24. Serve the sauce.
