Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 3 tbsp vinegar (white wine, sherry, or red wine vinegar)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- sugar
- 80 ml olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Remove the outer leaves from the head lettuce. Gently separate the remaining leaves, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and optionally remove the thick leaf ribs.
