  1. 1. Put garlic, anchovy fillets, parmesan, and sour cream into a blender.
  2. 2. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  3. 3. Stir the cream into the paste.
  4. 4. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Pour the finished dressing into a small jug.
  6. 6. Tear the head lettuce into small, bite-sized pieces.
  7. 7. Rinse the lettuce under cold, running water.
  8. 8. Spin the lettuce dry.
  9. 9. Distribute the lettuce onto deep plates.
  10. 10. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  11. 11. Remove the stem and the inside of the bell peppers.
  12. 12. Cut the bell peppers in half.
  13. 13. Remove the white skin from the pepper halves.
  14. 14. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
  15. 15. Peel the onions.
  16. 16. Slice the onions into thin rings.
  17. 17. Scatter the onion rings over the salad.
  18. 18. Place the anchovy fillets on top of the salad.
  19. 19. Garnish the dish with olives.
  20. 20. Pour the dressing over the salad only right before eating.
  21. 21. Enjoy the salad immediately.
