  1. 1. Remove the outer leaves of the head lettuce, wash it thoroughly, and spin it dry. Cut the vegetable into bite-sized pieces. Wash the plums, remove the pits, and slice the flesh into thin wedges.
  2. 2. Wash the yellow tomatoes, cut out the hard stem ends, and divide them into eighths. Rinse the mozzarella briefly with cold water, pat it dry, and cut it into small cubes.
  3. 3. Whisk the balsamic vinegar, mineral water, iodized salt, ginger powder, and maple syrup into a homogeneous sauce. Then gently fold in the sunflower oil without moving the mixture too much.
  4. 4. Wash the dill, shake it dry, pluck off the fine leaves, and stir them into the sauce. Gently mix the prepared ingredients together and drizzle with the dressing. Arrange the salad on plates and serve.
