  1. 1. Place the konjak noodles in a bowl and pour lukewarm water over them.
  2. 2. Rinse the shrimp under running water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Wash the coriander, shake off excess water, and finely chop the leaves.
  4. 4. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and inner membrane, and chop the pepper.
  5. 5. Trim the beans, wash them, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  6. 6. Heat the oil in a large pan.
  7. 7. Fry the shrimp over medium heat for three minutes.
  8. 8. Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, and paprika powder.
  9. 9. Pour the passion fruit juice, lemon juice, broth, and coconut milk into the pan.
  10. 10. Add the chopped chili pepper and let the sauce simmer for four minutes over medium heat.
  11. 11. Add the beans to a pot of boiling salted water and cook them for two minutes.
  12. 12. Drain the konjak noodles in a colander.
  13. 13. Add the drained noodles to the beans.
  14. 14. Let the noodles and beans simmer together for three more minutes over low heat.
  15. 15. Drain the noodle and bean mixture and let it drain well.
  16. 16. Portion the noodles and beans onto plates.
  17. 17. Pour the shrimp sauce over the noodles.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the chopped coriander over the dish.
