Ingredients
- 150 g Pineapple (without skin; 1 slice)
- 1 tbsp Coconut flakes
- 40 g Millet flakes (4 tbsp)
- 200 ml Coconut water (Tetrapak)
- 2 tsp Honey
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pineapple into small, fine cubes.
- 2. Place the pineapple cubes into a small bowl.
- 3. Add the coconut flakes and millet flakes to the pineapple.
- 4. Pour in the coconut water.
- 5. Stir everything well until the ingredients are combined.
- 6. Sweeten the porridge to taste with honey.
- 7. Serve the finished porridge immediately.
