  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Set the heating function to top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Put the coconut flakes into a freezer bag. Crush the flakes with a rolling pin until they are roughly broken down.
  3. 3. Whip the egg whites together with the lemon juice until stiff. Stir in the sugar slowly until the mixture is white, glossy, and firm.
  4. 4. Gently fold in the crushed coconut shavings, the remaining coconut flakes, the pineapple, and the mango.
  5. 5. Form small mounds using two teaspoons. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. 6. Bake the macaroons in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
