  1. 1. Take a small splash of the milk and stir in the starch until no lumps remain.
  2. 2. Add the remaining milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, and sugar to a pot.
  3. 3. Heat the milk mixture on the stove until it boils.
  4. 4. Stir the starch-milk paste into the hot milk while whisking constantly.
  5. 5. Let the mixture come to a brief boil again.
  6. 6. Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool down completely.
  7. 7. Gently fold the shredded coconut flakes into the cooled mixture.
  8. 8. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and let it freeze.
  9. 9. If you do not have an ice cream maker, place the bowl in the freezer.
  10. 10. Stir the ice every 30 minutes until it is firm.
  11. 11. Spoon the finished ice cream into small bowls.
  12. 12. Roughly chop the peanuts and sprinkle them over the ice cream.
  13. 13. Slice the mango.
  14. 14. Garnish the portions with the mango slices and star fruit.
  15. 15. Serve the ice cream immediately.
