Ingredients
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 1 can coconut cream (350 ml)
- 0.7 l pineapple juice
- 200 ml grenadine
- crushed ice
Instructions
- 1. Add cream, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and grenadine syrup to a large bowl.
- 2. Whisk the ingredients with a hand blender until the mixture is frothy.
- 3. Place ice cubes into a clean kitchen towel.
- 4. Crush the ice with a rolling pin until it breaks into small pieces.
- 5. Add the crushed ice to the coconut mixture.
- 6. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 7. Pour the drink through a sieve into glasses.
- 8. Serve the drink immediately.
