  1. 1. Take the soft butter and beat it in a bowl until creamy.
  2. 2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, orange zest, coconut liqueur, and eggs to the butter.
  3. 3. Continue beating the butter-egg mixture until it is creamy.
  4. 4. Mix baking powder, cinnamon, and coconut flakes with the flour.
  5. 5. Fold the flour mixture into the butter-egg mass.
  6. 6. Stir until a spreadable dough forms.
  7. 7. If the dough is too stiff, add a little milk.
  8. 8. Cover the bowl.
  9. 9. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
  11. 11. Fill the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  12. 12. Pipe strips about 8 cm long onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  13. 13. Place the tray in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
  14. 14. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden yellow.
  15. 15. Then let the cookies cool down completely.
  16. 16. Dip one side of the cookies into the melted chocolate.
  17. 17. Press the chocolate side into coconut flakes.
