🍰 Crunchy Coconut Nut Cookie Delight

Ingredients
- 200 g soft butter
- 75 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- orange peel (organic)
- 30 ml coconut liqueur
- 3 eggs
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 300 g flour
- 50 g coconut flakes
- milk (as needed)
- 100 g melted white coating chocolate
- 100 g coconut flakes (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Take the soft butter and beat it in a bowl until creamy.
- 2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, orange zest, coconut liqueur, and eggs to the butter.
- 3. Continue beating the butter-egg mixture until it is creamy.
- 4. Mix baking powder, cinnamon, and coconut flakes with the flour.
- 5. Fold the flour mixture into the butter-egg mass.
- 6. Stir until a spreadable dough forms.
- 7. If the dough is too stiff, add a little milk.
- 8. Cover the bowl.
- 9. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 11. Fill the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- 12. Pipe strips about 8 cm long onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 13. Place the tray in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
- 14. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden yellow.
- 15. Then let the cookies cool down completely.
- 16. Dip one side of the cookies into the melted chocolate.
- 17. Press the chocolate side into coconut flakes.
- 18. Let the cookies dry.
- 19. Serve the finished cookies.
