  1. 1. Pour the coconut milk into a pot.
  2. 2. Add the maple syrup and the cocoa powder.
  3. 3. Heat the mixture, but do not let it boil.
  4. 4. Hang the tea bags into the warm liquid.
  5. 5. Cover the pot.
  6. 6. Remove the pot from the heat.
  7. 7. Let the mixture steep for 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the tea bags.
  9. 9. Squeeze the tea bags to release the liquid into the mixture.
  10. 10. Stir in 1 1⁄2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
  11. 11. Stir in the yogurt.
  12. 12. Fill the mixture into 8 ice pop molds.
  13. 13. Let the molds freeze in the freezer for about 1 hour.
  14. 14. Insert the wooden sticks into the ice pop molds.
  15. 15. Let the ice pops freeze for another 3 hours.
  16. 16. Chop the chocolate roughly.
  17. 17. Melt the chocolate over a warm water bath.
  18. 18. Carefully remove the ice pops from the molds.
  19. 19. Dip the ice pops into the melted chocolate.
  20. 20. Sprinkle the remaining chia seeds over the ice pops.
