  1. 1. Put coconut milk, regular milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar into a pot.
  2. 2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
  3. 3. Stir in the rice flakes.
  4. 4. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  5. 5. Place the coconut chips in a dry frying pan.
  6. 6. Toast them over low heat, stirring constantly.
  7. 7. Remove the toasted coconut chips from the pan.
  8. 8. Place them on a plate and let them cool down.
  9. 9. Peel the mango.
  10. 10. Cut the flesh away from the pit.
  11. 11. Cut the fruit flesh into small cubes.
  12. 12. Put the mango cubes into a bowl.
  13. 13. Squeeze the lime half.
  14. 14. Drizzle the lime juice over the mango pieces.
  15. 15. Fill the finished coconut rice into cups or small bowls.
  16. 16. Garnish the dessert with the mango pieces and the cooled coconut chips.
  17. 17. Serve the rice immediately.
