🥤 Tropical Coconut-Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
- 350 g coconut (1 coconut)
- 1 mango
- 400 g skyr
Instructions
- 1. Open the coconut and catch the water.
- 2. Pour the coconut water through a fine sieve into a blender.
- 3. Finely grate about 350 grams of coconut flesh.
- 4. Set aside a small amount of the grated coconut for decoration.
- 5. Add the rest of the coconut flesh and the coconut water to the blender.
- 6. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 7. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 8. Cut the fruit flesh into small pieces.
- 9. Save four nice slices of mango for decoration.
- 10. Add the rest of the mango and the skyr to the blender.
- 11. Blend the ingredients again thoroughly.
- 12. Pour in about 200 milliliters of cold water.
- 13. Blend further until the desired consistency is reached.
- 14. Pour the smoothie into four glasses.
- 15. Decorate the glasses with the reserved coconut flakes and mango slices.
- 16. Serve the drink immediately.
