  1. 1. Open the coconut and catch the water.
  2. 2. Pour the coconut water through a fine sieve into a blender.
  3. 3. Finely grate about 350 grams of coconut flesh.
  4. 4. Set aside a small amount of the grated coconut for decoration.
  5. 5. Add the rest of the coconut flesh and the coconut water to the blender.
  6. 6. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  7. 7. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit.
  8. 8. Cut the fruit flesh into small pieces.
  9. 9. Save four nice slices of mango for decoration.
  10. 10. Add the rest of the mango and the skyr to the blender.
  11. 11. Blend the ingredients again thoroughly.
  12. 12. Pour in about 200 milliliters of cold water.
  13. 13. Blend further until the desired consistency is reached.
  14. 14. Pour the smoothie into four glasses.
  15. 15. Decorate the glasses with the reserved coconut flakes and mango slices.
  16. 16. Serve the drink immediately.
