  3. 3. Dice the fruit into small cubes.
  4. 4. Place the mango cubes into a bowl.
  5. 5. Add the cranberries.
  6. 6. Pour in the pineapple juice.
  7. 7. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the peanuts with a large knife.
  9. 9. Add the quark to the mango mixture.
  10. 10. Add the coconut milk.
  11. 11. Add the coconut flakes.
  12. 12. Add the honey.
  13. 13. Stir everything well.
  14. 14. Thin the mixture with a little mineral water if desired until creamy.
  15. 15. Divide the quark mixture between two bowls.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top.
