🍰 Creamy Mango Coconut Quark Bowl

Ingredients
- 200 g Mango (0.5 Mangoes)
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 50 ml pineapple juice
- 2 tsp unsalted peanuts
- 300 g low-fat quark
- 3 tbsp coconut milk (9% fat)
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 tsp liquid honey (preferably pine honey)
- mineral water (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Peel half of the mango using a vegetable peeler.
- 2. Slice the flesh off the pit.
- 3. Dice the fruit into small cubes.
- 4. Place the mango cubes into a bowl.
- 5. Add the cranberries.
- 6. Pour in the pineapple juice.
- 7. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes.
- 8. Roughly chop the peanuts with a large knife.
- 9. Add the quark to the mango mixture.
- 10. Add the coconut milk.
- 11. Add the coconut flakes.
- 12. Add the honey.
- 13. Stir everything well.
- 14. Thin the mixture with a little mineral water if desired until creamy.
- 15. Divide the quark mixture between two bowls.
- 16. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top.
- 17. Serve the dish immediately.
