  1. 1. Put the oat flakes and coconut flakes into a non-stick pan.
  2. 2. Heat the pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture constantly without adding oil.
  4. 4. Roast the ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the pan from the heat.
  6. 6. Pour the roasted mixture onto a plate.
  7. 7. Let the mixture cool down completely.
  8. 8. Peel the mango.
  9. 9. Cut the flesh into thick slices away from the pit.
  10. 10. Dice the mango pieces.
  11. 11. Squeeze the juice from half an orange.
  12. 12. Stir the orange juice into the fruit yogurt.
  13. 13. Mix the cooled oat-coconut mixture with the cornflakes.
  14. 14. Fill the muesli mixture into glasses or bowls.
  15. 15. Distribute the mango cubes on top of the muesli.
  16. 16. Add the yogurt on top.
  17. 17. Serve the muesli immediately.
