🍳 Roasted Oat Coconut Muesli with Mango

Ingredients
- 40 g rolled oats (4 tbsp)
- 30 g coconut flakes (4 tbsp)
- 400 g ripe mango (1 ripe mango)
- 0.5 orange
- 300 g yogurt (0.1 % fat) (with fruit, e.g. mango-orange)
- 10 g cornflakes (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Put the oat flakes and coconut flakes into a non-stick pan.
- 2. Heat the pan over medium heat.
- 3. Stir the mixture constantly without adding oil.
- 4. Roast the ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 6. Pour the roasted mixture onto a plate.
- 7. Let the mixture cool down completely.
- 8. Peel the mango.
- 9. Cut the flesh into thick slices away from the pit.
- 10. Dice the mango pieces.
- 11. Squeeze the juice from half an orange.
- 12. Stir the orange juice into the fruit yogurt.
- 13. Mix the cooled oat-coconut mixture with the cornflakes.
- 14. Fill the muesli mixture into glasses or bowls.
- 15. Distribute the mango cubes on top of the muesli.
- 16. Add the yogurt on top.
- 17. Serve the muesli immediately.
